We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward any behaviour that may compromise platform security.
Our Company has implemented advanced monitoring systems to conduct regular security checks on account activities and actively cooperates with requests from local and overseas regulators and law enforcement agencies in relation to investigations. Upon identification of any suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity, uSMART will appropriate and in compliance with applicable requirements, taking immediate actions such as restricting or freezing the relevant accounts, and proactively provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities for further investigation. We will never tolerate any conduct that undermines the safety of our platform.
